How Do I Place An Order?

ABB Stoves Hearth & Home services Keizer Oregon & Surrounding areas. Deliveries & Services outside of the Salem/Keizer area are subject to additional fees. To insure product availability, and free estimates please contact our store directly.

Payment and Shipping

Special orders require full payment and are NON-REFUNDABLE

ABB STOVES REFUND POLICY / TERMS OR CONDITIONS:

All refunds without receipt will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will be made by CHECK only. All refunds are subject to a 15% Restocking fee.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable to another product.

Special orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

Warranties:

All warranties are subject to manufacture's approval, Warranties must be processed through the manufacture directly. Labor is NOT included under warranty products, customer is responsible for labor fee's.

Returned Checks:

All returned checks will be subject to a return check fee of $45.00 as per Oregon statute ors 30.701

Estimates:

All estimates are good for 30 days from date given to customer. Estimates are subject to change for any unforseen damages. ABB stoves will inform customer before any addition charges are applied.

Firewood

Please remember to season your firewood ( and I dont mean with cooking seasoning ) for 1 year before burning to make sure it's dry.

Pallets and 2x4s are good to stack your firewood on to keep it off the ground to help with the drying process.

Remember if your wood is wet it's not going to burn as easy and that means more frequent chimney cleanings as well as a possible chimney fire.
